A Josh Nunes brace gave the visitors breathing room, and further converted tries from Tom Knappman and Callum Mulvey made it 31-7 at the interval.
Maidenhead cut the deficit with two tries of their own, but seven-pointers from Ethan Brown and Jo Swift made the game safe before a late home consolation.
Five other Colts, meanwhile, helped Berkshire Under 18s to a convincing win against Somerset.

The two U15s sides went down to Maidenhead 50-14 and 24-12 respectively, with a trip to Marlow next up.
The U14s battled bravely before eventually going down 24-17 at Windsor, the side winning the second half 12-0 ahead of home (1pm) and away fixtures against High Wycombe today.
Finally, the U13s won their derby 8-2 at Reading.
