Josh Gouws was the opening try-scorer, Jordan Navetta with the extras, before a Jake Bruton double made it 17-0.
Charlie Neal sealed the bonus-point before Navetta added the next 16 points including two tries.
Gouws then completed his hat-trick to continue his prolific campaign.
The third-placed Colts visit league leaders Windsor on March 8, with a win possibly paving the way to title glory if Chinnor lose to Newbury.
