RAMS Colts will seek a quarter-final spot in National Cup when they welcome Dorking to Old Bath Road on Sunday (1.30pm).
The two sides clashed in the semi-finals two seasons ago, with the Surrey men taking a home victory before going onto win the title.
And they will clash again with Rams having begun their campaign with a 50-5 first-round success at home to Marlow.
Tries from JJ McCarthy and Teagan Strydom, added to by seven points from the boot of Jordan Navetta, had the hosts 17-0 up inside 15 minutes before their opponents hit back with a powerful maul.
But Jake Bruton, Josh Gouws – with a 65-metre special – and Henry Cook also touched down before the break, two more Navetta kicks making it 36-5 at half-time.
Marlow fought bravely following the interval, but further converted scores from Sam Rodger and Will Luff sealed the deal.
Rams were the afforded a bye by Beaconsfield to reach the last 32, where they won a pulsating and high-quality contest 23-19 against visitors Windsor.
It was the east Berkshire side who drew first blood with a slick try, Navetta landing a penalty before a converted Windsor try gave them a 12-3 half-time advantage.
Strydom blasted over to cut the gap, and after Navetta missed a tough kick he landed at the second attempt after Windsor were penalised for an early attempted charge-down.
A Byron Crow try nudged Rams in front before another Gouws special extended the lead to 20-12.
Windsor refused to yield and reduced the arrears to a single point in the closing stages, but Navetta kicked a last-play penalty to secure a magnificent victory.
Dorking, meanwhile, have enjoyed a relatively smooth passage to the last 16, opening their bid for a second championship in three years with a 24-14 triumph at Haywards Heath.
A 31-0 home victory followed against Havant Academy, before a superb 23-15 win against Winchester set-up the Rams rematch.

Entry is free with food and drink on sale.
